TERMS AND CONDITIONS - All costs are in USD

PRICE INCLUDES:
  • 100 Miles per day (additional miles cost vary depending on vehicles)

DRIVER AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age required within the company is 25. However, for certain vehicles, and for an additional charge, certain exceptions can be made within our discretion

ADDITIONAL DRIVER'S:
All individuals aside from the primary renter operating the vehicle are required to be listed as additional drivers on the rental agreement and will be subject to the same requirements as the primary renter.Each additional driver is a fee of USD $25 per day.

UNDER AGE DRIVER FEE:
Each renter under the age of 25 years and a minimum of 21 years will be assessed a USD $29.99 per day fee.

ADDITIONAL MILEAGE:
additional miles cost vary depending on vehicles.All rentals are issued with 100 complimentary mileage allowance per day. All miles driven over the complimentary miles will be subject to an additional charge set forth in the rental contract. Please be sure to request the surcharge for over mileage at the time of rental.

MINIMUM RENTAL:
During peak times or to deliver to other cities we may require a minimum rental. During “Holiday” periods we require a minimum rental of 3 days.

HOLIDAY PRICING:
During “Holidays” rates will automatically default to the standard rate (highest rate). “Holiday” periods include:
Thanksgiving - 22 - 25 November
Christmas - 21 - 28 December
New Years - 28 December / 02 January
Memorial Day Weekend - 24 - 28 May
Columbus Weekend - 12 - 14 October.

PICK UP / DROP OFF:
Prestige offers Delivery and Pick-up services at an additional charge. Arrangements can be made at the time of the reservation.

VEHICLE RETURN:
Vehicles must be returned at the time stated on the rental agreement. We allot a 1 hour grace period in which a vehicle may be returned after the time noted. However, vehicles scheduled to be returned between 8 pm and 8am will not be given a grace period and must be returned at that specific time. Any vehicle returned after the grace period (if applicable) or late may be subject additional rental fees.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
Prestige requires all of our renters to provide us with a deposit (separate from the Reservation Deposit) at the time of vehicle pick-up, which will be used to cover any minor damages to vehicle. This deposit can be given in the form of a credit card authorization/hold or cash. The cost for any damage found on the vehicle during its return inspection will be deducted from this deposit. The amount of this deposit will vary depending on the renter’s insurance policy as well the class of vehicle being rented.

FUEL CHARGE:
All vehicles due back upon return with the same fuel level as it was received by the renter. In the event the vehicle is not refueled, a fuel surcharge of up to USD $8.50 per gallon will be assessed and charged. Upon the return of the vehicle, an inspection will be conducted of the grade of fuel used to refuel and if any other than Premium grade was used, you will be charged a penalty of USD $500 for the lesser grade as we must maintain the condition of our luxury vehicles.

REFUNDS:
While we do not offer refunds for vehicle rentals, our main goal is customer satisfaction; we will try our best to make your rental experience an unforgettable one. If for some reason you are less than satisfied, Prestige may at times offer additional days rentals at no cost, if deemed appropriate by upper management.

DRIVING AREA RESTRICTIONS:
Vehicles may not be driven outside the state in which they are rented in. Should you need to drive across state lines please let us know so we may organize the necessary arrangements.

TICKETS:
The renter is held responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or violations (i.e. towing and impound fees) associated with the vehicle in their possession. In the event the rental is impounded during the contracted time, the contract will continue to be in effect and renter is responsible for the vehicle. Therefore, the renter is required to pay the rental fees and return the vehicle on time.

PROHIBITED USE OF VEHICLES:
Vehicles may not be used: By anyone without a valid driver’s license; To surpass any legally posted speed limit; To drive recklessly and or haphazardly; By anyone not listed as an additional driver on the rental agreement; In any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or Road course (this is not covered by our and very likely not covered by your insurance policy); To push or tow anything; To drive off road or on any other unpaved or unfinished surface; For anything other than personal and private use; OR For any illegal purpose.

In the event this Rental Policy is violated, we reserve the right to immediately recover the vehicle. Furthermore, the renter agrees to pay Prestige all fees incurred as a result of the violation of this policy.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS:

  • Child Seat - EUR 5 per day
  • Snow Chains - EUR 5 per day
  • GPS - EUR 8 per day
  • EUR 250 CDW minus 50% (total)

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
All renters are required to present proof of insurance to Prestige upon finalizing the reservation. The policy will be confirmed for coverage including but not limited to personal liability and physical damage. Furthermore, Prestige must confirm with the insurance carrier that the policy coverage will extend onto the vehicle(s) being rented. For those renters who do not have personal insurance coverage, Prestige offers C.D.W at an additional charge and holds the right to deny the purchase of C.D.W at any given moment.

CDW REQUIREMENTS:
Collision Damage Waiver Insurance is only available for clients over the age of 25.
The Collision Damage Waiver Insurance covers 75% of any loss above the security deposit.See table below:

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit will be required on all rentals determined by the vehicle being rented and insurance verification.

ONE WAY FEE:
If client wished to pick up vehicle in one location and return to another a One Way Fee will be assed dependent on distance and time.

OUT OF STATE RENTALS:
Please contact us prior to confirming rental

SMOKING:
All vehicles are NONSMOKING for the comfort and courtesy of our clients, if this is violated a fee of USD $500 will be assessed.

LOCAL DELIVERY OPTION:
Within 10 miles of office location we offer free delivery, after 10 miles a fee of USD $2.50 per mile will be charged. If renter request delivery 100 miles away from our office locations there will be a minimum day’s rental requirement. (Please call a Reservation Specialist for details)

AFTER HOURS FEE:
A fee will be assessed for deliveries/returns/pickup during non-operational hours. Operational hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM (eastern standard time). Rentals in state of Georgia will be a fee of USD $150.00.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
The following documents must be provided for each renter of PLAR INC. PLAR must receive all travel documents 72 hours of prior to renter’s arrival. Documents maybe faxed or emailed to us at the above mentioned fax number or email address. Copy of each Valid Driver’s License (International guest must include valid passport), Proof of Insurance (if renter is providing own insurance), Copy of Credit Card (front and back).

Travel Itinerary: If clients have opted for our delivery option to the airport please provide all flight information, local address, and local phone number. Advise us how many passengers will be arriving and number of luggage. If client have opted for a local address please provide us with local address and contact information. If delivery location is in a hotel provide room number or the last name the hotel room is listed under.

CANCELLATION FEE:
Upon finalizing a reservation with Prestige you are required to give a Reservation Deposit, equal to one day’s rental of your selected vehicle. In the event you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your rental, you agree to pay the reservation deposit to Prestige as a cancellation fee. If your reservation is made within 48 hours and you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your rental you agree to pay the reservation deposit to Prestige as a cancellation fee. Furthermore, during certain special events, Prestige may charge a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your rental, if your reservation is not cancelled 48 hours in advance of your rental.
